Feedback, criticism or what ever you would like to call it.

All through my many years of managing different organisations, the need from the employees has been a never ending need for feedback.

To become better and more skilled to give and receive feedback, I learnt from my Danish colleagues and friends in the Media field. They taught me the importance of letting feedback become constructive and analytical, instead if becoming valued. And Abra Cadabra, suddenly it became inspiring and developing to receive and give feedback.
